Privacy
Privacy policy
DataRoses Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales and is subject to the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. This page explains what data we collect on dataroses.com, how it is used, and your rights as a visitor.
Data we collect
- Analytics. Aggregated, anonymous traffic data (page views, country, referrer, device type) collected through a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track visitors across sites.
- Request-a-call form. When you submit the booking form, the information you provide (name, role, work email, phone, company, website, annual revenue, industry, what your company does, purpose of the call, preferred times, and any UTM parameters from the URL) is delivered to us by email through Formsubmit, a form-forwarding service. The data is sent to us; it is not stored in a third-party database or used for marketing by Formsubmit.
- Direct contact. If you email hello@dataroses.com, we keep your message and reply for our records.
How we use it
We use analytics data to understand which content is useful and how the site performs. We use request-a-call and contact data only to respond to you and, where applicable, to deliver an engagement.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors that help us operate the site (hosting, analytics, scheduling), under contracts that comply with GDPR.
Retention
Aggregated analytics data is retained indefinitely. Personal data from emails and the request-a-call form is retained for as long as needed to respond and serve the engagement, then deleted on request.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@dataroses.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies. If we ever introduce any, we will request your consent first via an explicit banner.
